Panos is a yoga teacher based in Exarhia, Athens, Greece. His practice is based on a mixture of Vinyasa, Astanga, Iyengar and Prana Flow Yoga.
He teaches weekly classes in Evergreen Yoga Studios in dowtown Athens and also workshops and masterclasses. His classes are rigorous, with the vinyasa evolving around breathwork and creative sequencing. The classes are based on the ten foundational jewels of the prectice – yamas and niyamas – and the eight limbs of Patanjali's astanga yoga.
Panos has been the director of Evergreen Yoga Studios since 2012 and has been leading their teacher training program ever since.
