Here at YogaBURN we do believe that getting your heart rate up is an important part of health, wellness and getting great results.
However, the way you choose to approach your Cardio is up to you 🙂 Today, I walk you through a HIIT workout that can be done in 5, 10 or 15 minutes yet has an incredible impact on burning calories, boosting metabolism and creating a surge of feel good endorphins.
These movements are straight out of the Trim Core Challenge at the link above and are broken down into 2 levels so you can choose which best suits you!
Do 30 seconds of work, with 30 seconds of rest of the following circuit if you’re a beginner, and if you’re more intermediate do 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest.
Once completed take a 1-2 minute break and then decide if you’re going to do another round or two 🙂 Easy as pie!
