How long is a class / class options: All classes one hour, except 4pm on Sunday at Flatiron is a 90 minute class. Y7 offers their signature WeFlowHard Vinyasa Class several times a day, complimented by their slower practice offered several times a week, Slow Burn. On Wednesday’s and Sunday’s Y7 host’s Hip Hop themed classes.
