Normally, these videos are ONLY for people who are certified (they are videos that will help teach an instructor the choreography they need to teach a live group fitness class), but I thought it'd be cool to share a full length class with you here on YouTube. This way, you'll know what to expect when you attend a live POP Pilates class at your local gym!

Each POP Pilates live workout class is about 1 hour long and takes you all the way from the warm up through to the hundreds, ab challenges, butt challenges, arm sculpting combos, thigh toning exercises, core strengthening moves, cardio bursts and then finally we end with flexibility training and stretching.
