I wanted to make this apartment-friendly workout for you guys because getting a good workout in without disturbing your neighbors is so hard. I mean, when I lived in an apartment on the FIRST FLOOR, my UPSTAIRS neighbors would always bang on their floor when I worked out. I still don't get it!!!

It's definitely hard to get a solid cardio workout in when you feel like you have to walk on eggshells, but these seven total body toning PIIT moves are are all super quiet fat burning exercises that are easy to do at home!!

Remember to go as hard as you can for 45 seconds before your 15 second rest on each move!! I wanna see you guys shake!! Do 4 rounds for a total 28 minute workout.
