So what's in the flow?
Mary starts things off with the breath of Joy, really getting the heart pumping and oxygen flowing. Moving onto the heart of 60 minute flow, moving through a series of asanas Crescent Lunge (Anjaneyasana) to standing twists flowing directly into a revolved Half Moon (Ardha Chandrasana). Each lift builds strength in our quads, and calfs, while building strength in our core and side body in half moon.
Don't worry the flow doesn't stop there, moving into the mandala series as Mary uses our complete yoga mat. Incorporating our breathe with Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana). Working up a good sweat, building muscles, burning calories deserves a few more seated twists, and peaceful Savasana. May we find gratitude for our practice, and enjoy each minute of this 60 Minute Power Vinyasa Yoga.
