I hope you enjoy this Yoga Power Hour on your mat. This is a highly requested yoga class with lots of options for arm balances and inversions. This class builds from the very beginning into a nice sweaty flow. Each series of flow adds a new option for balancing on one leg, on your hands or on your head! If these yoga postures are new or intimidating to you, don’t pass on this class. You can still practice and challenge yourself whether or not you get upside down. Core strengthening postures are offered throughout the entirety of the class, including plank and side plank exercises. Up-level postures of interest include hurdlers, scissor side crow, flying pigeon, bird of paradise, sugar cane, tripod headstand, headstand, handstand, toe balance, side plank with big toe hold and more!
