This video is a 55-minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga class suitable for intermediate practitioners. This total body workout will improve and challenge your strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus. In this class, we move mindfully and slowly while staying connected to the breath.

We start with a warm-up routine of simple movements and gentle stretches. The body of the class includes creative yoga sequences, flowing movements, core and upper body strengthening, and balance poses. We cool down with seated and supine yoga postures – forward folds, twists, hip stretches, etc. This class ends with a 5-minute guided savasana.

Familiarity with most of the yoga poses is recommended. This flow is most suitable for intermediate practitioners and strong beginner students willing to try a more challenging yoga practice.
