HOW TO MAKE TISSUE PAPER FLOWER HEADBANDS

STEP 1: SELECT TWO DIFFERENT COLORS OF TISSUE PAPER
It can be solid or patterned. Start by cutting 6 – 4″ x 4″ squares of tissue paper. You'll need 2 squares for the inside color and 4 for the outside color.

STEP 2: STACK THE 6 SQUARES ON TOP OF EACH OTHER
Put the 4 tissue paper squares (which will be the outside color) on the bottom and stack the 2 tissue paper squares (which will become the inside color) on top of the others.

STEP 3: FOLD THE SQUARES BACK AND FORTH IN 1/2″ inch rows.

STEP 4: WRAP THE PIPE CLEANER AROUND THE CENTER OF THE TISSUE PAPER.
You'll only need a small part of the pipe cleaner. Twist and pinch.

STEP 5: CAREFULLY FAN THE SHEETS OF TISSUE PAPER

STEP 6: HOT GLUE THE BACK OF THE FLOWER TO YOUR HEADBAND OR BARRETTE

STEP 7: HOT GLUE A BEAD IN THE CENTER OF THE FLOWER.

STEP 8: SHOW IT OFF!
