Here is the first Day of our Balance Challenge, Warrior 3 – Virabhadrasana III

Please excuse the dishevelled appearance, it has been a crazy weekend!

A huge part of the challenge is dedication. It's about staying calm and getting on your mat, even when you feel so busy it seems the the last thing you should do!! The fact is, when you are the busiest, that is when you MUST take time for yourself. 15 minutes…who does not have 15 minutes?! No body that I've ever met 😉
